Karl is the company communicator: he leads all R&D effort for emerging offerings, runs sales and marketing efforts, manages vendor relationships and key accounts. He also leads an IT user group and is an established thought leader in the industry.
Fun Facts: Music is Karl’s first passion: he’s a tenor in a professional choir and plays guitar in his home studio. He’s also a committed family man who enjoys family game night.
CFO and Partner
Randy oversees the administration, finance, and human resources departments. He focuses on business financial strategy and acquisitions.
Fun Facts: Randy was born to fly. He’s got a passion for general aviation and airplanes.
President and COO
Shawn steers our day-to-day operations, sales, and account management. He also implements the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) throughout the company.
Fun Facts: An avid sports enthusiast, Shawn is his son and daughters’ biggest fan. He travels the country to watch them play soccer and competitive golf. He also speaks fluent geek. (No, that’s not a typo).
Brandon maintains technology relationships with our clients. What does that mean? From pre-sales projects, to technology roadmaps, to quarterly compliance check, he’s your man.
Fun Facts: On the weekends, Brandon turns off the screen and hits the beach or mountain bike trails with his wife. He’s also mean with a guitar pick and enjoys a good burrito.
As the escalation point for the first response team, Camille is always ready to provide professional support with a smile.
Fun Facts: Camille loves to run through thick mud while hurdling obstacles and carrying another human being on her back. She’s also got a passion for kid’s crafts, hiking, and volunteering.
Chuck manages the ITM team, keeping a tight rein on technology standards, change management, and client highest escalation.
Fun Facts: He’s a lefty with a passion for astrophotography, telescopes and fast cars (not necessarily in that order). You might bump into him at Caffeine and Octane.
Nathan is responsible for all the awesome upgrades in our client’s environments. He enjoys turning frustrating/dated IT environments, into well-oiled machines.
Fun Facts: On the weekends, you’ll find Nathan doing anything that doesn’t involve a screen. He loves going to the lake in the summer with his German Shepherd, Zoe and hiking outside the rest of the year. He enjoys brunch and drinking coffee. He is also very passionate about anything with an engine in it.
Unified Communications Service Manager
Based in San Francisco, Duane juggles numerous duties including service tickets for phone systems and back-up IT, video conferencing support, really anything to do with unified communication.
Fun Facts: Duane moonlights as a motivational speaker and voice over. He spends as much of his spare time outdoors backpacking, camping, and doing backflips on the trampoline.
Jen coordinates our project resources and makes sure our projects happen on time, on scope, and on budget.
Fun Facts: Jen loves gardening but is lethal around houseplants. She loves to relax with a good book and binge-watches Netflix.
Joel is responsible for infrastructure health, security and capacity to ensure optimal network performance and organizational productivity. He also oversees back-up and storage management.
Fun Facts: On any given Sunday, you’ll find Joel running the media team at his church. He also enjoys traveling and camping with his wife and sons.
Tom works hard on implementing, maintaining, and supporting all proactive monitoring solutions to help us provide reliable network infrastructures to our clients.
Fun Fact: Tom is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys rock climbing, scuba diving, and is a certified arboreal climbing instructor + facilitator.
Matthew helps resolve any issues related to the servers, networks and backups by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring.
Fun Facts: He enjoys woodworking projects from cutting boards to built-ins and occasionally taking his kayak out and exploring lakes and rivers.
Professional Services Manager
Michael implements improvements in client environments. His goal is to provide industry leading solutions to meet the technology needs of our clients, either big or small.
Fun Facts: While Michael devotes most of his free time to his wife and daughters, he’s a real renaissance man with a passion for pro sports and music. A master at the smoker, you’ll want to be invited to his family barbecues.
Back Office Coordinator
Nerissa keeps the office humming along wearing many hats include shipping and receiving, receptionist, front-end inventory, office assistant, quote processing, purchase orders, and more.
Fun Facts: Nerissa is her son’s most avid sports fan. She also enjoys new movies.
Senior Account Manager
Nicole is point of contact to support existing clients in whatever they may need, from running QBR meetings, to quoting projects and orders, and more.
Fun Facts: Nicole uses her superpowers to fight evil, participating in charity walks for cancer and Crohn’s disease. She also enjoys drawing and designing.
Peter D. Bingham
Help Desk Technician
Peter is the guy on the other end of the help desk phone. He solves PC problems.
Fun Facts: Peter speaks Russian and enjoys solving puzzles. He can also play the piano with his forearm.
Help Desk Technician
Role at Snap Tech IT: Chris is a member of the First Response team, working with customers to solve their problems all day long.
Fun Fact: More than anything, Chris loves to talk. A die-hard sports fan, he lives to be in front of the camera, holding a mic and hosting his live fantasy sports show.

Andy handles any customer problem that comes his way.
Fun Fact: A lefty, Andy takes his PC gaming seriously and often streams gameplay over Twitch.tv. He’s also an avid skateboarder.
Kara plays IT traffic cop, fielding incoming calls, directing service tickets to team members and scheduling technicians for onsite visits.
Fun Fact: Kara is passionate about animals, especially her black lab, Major. She loves lakeside living. Her favorite teams are University of Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons
Help Desk Technician
Eric is the guy on the other end of the help desk phone. He solves PC problems.
Fun Facts: Eric is originally from Fairfield, California and enjoys woodworking in his spare time (you read that right).
Sabine is the point of contact to support existing clients in whatever they may need, from running QBR meetings, to quoting projects and orders, and more.
Fun Facts: She rides in every day on a Harley Davidson motorcycle, has been on two wheels for over 30 years and she can’t imagine life without it.
Director of Administration and Finance
Renee oversees the back-office operations including finance, accounts payable and receivable, accounting, invoicing, payroll and procurement.
Fun Facts: When Renee isn’t riding horses, watching her kids and grandkids sports games, or reading, she’s on the board of any number of civic organizations.
Director of Operations
Responsible for the success of our service delivery teams, Shane is always looking for ways to improve overall team efficiency to ensure our clients have the best experience possible.
Fun Facts: Shane is always up for a new adventure, especially if involves nature, NASCAR, and his sons.
Steve focuses his efforts on onsite customer support and project work. He also provides the comic relief.
Fun Facts: Steve is apt to randomly breaking out in song in the office and provide much under-appreciated sarcasm. He’s still working on his unique ability and thinks it could be fly fishing, or maybe playing the banjo. He’ll get back to us.
Todd manages compliance and services for the greater Phoenix region.
Fun Facts: When he’s not role-playing on his PC games, Todd enjoys long motorcycle rides and a good game of poker.
Systems Administrator & Project Engineer
When he’s not working on projects to improve our clients’ IT environments, Mark acts as an escalation point for end-user day-to-day support.
Fun Fact: Mark’s wife, daughter and son keep him busy, so he tries to stay in shape to keep up with them. He also enjoys grilling, beach vacations and the Atlanta Braves.
