Over the last 20 years, Karl Bickmore has honed his ability to successfully lead and grow his IT Consulting business while becoming a well-respected thought leader in the industry. As CEO of Snap Tech IT, Karl continuously provides insights into operational improvement for IT companies & regularly speaks at cybersecurity management & international conferences.

Shawn Brown

President and COO
Shawn brings over 25 years of technology and management experience in working with Fortune 500 & SMBs. After working as a technology consultant & manager, Shawn partnered to create Snap Tech IT, currently serving as the President & COO. His leadership has helped transform Snap Tech IT to a consultative MSP, focused on acquisitions in multiple cities.

Randy Crockett

CFO
With 20 years of experience in the IT space, Randy Crockett serves as CFO and Partner of Snap Tech IT. Prior to 2009, Randy owned an IT firm, Stratatech, & connected with Karl to form a partnership to grow their company. Randy’s efforts led to the merger of Snap Technology & Phoenix-based Premier IT to form Snap Tech IT.

Ted Hulsy

CRO
Ted Hulsy serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Snap Tech IT, leading the company’s sales and marketing functions. Ted brings over 20 years of experience in the technology field, having served in leadership roles at companies such as SonicWall, Axcient, and Dropbox. Ted is passionate about leveraging technology to create better life experiences for Snap Tech IT’s clients and their people.

Shane is an experienced IT Operations professional, bringing more than 25 years in the technology industry. After helping MSPs around the world bring process-driven IT operations & service delivery to the next level, Shane joined Snap Tech IT & is currently serving as the Chief Services Officer.
